It is a touch on the heavy side for everyday use, however what does one expect when you have this much versatility out of a ladder. My neighbors are envious. I think I´ll only charge them a $50.00 fee each time they want to use it...HA!
If you are looking for a well built product (USA design, of course made in China) this is a quality purchase that you would be satisfied with.
