It was relatively easy to assemble, for one person, though two would make it go faster. It did have a couple of scratches from shipping, but it came with touch-up paint, which worked well. The chairs are great and we are very happy with this purchase. Shipping is a bit steep, but still worth every penny!!!¤

The problem I had was the box had a hole in the corner when it was delivered and all of the hardware was missing.
