Nearly bought a new lithium ion drill-driver/flashlight kit but saved about $180 to rejuvinate what I thought was a hopeless situation. 10 year old Milwaukee 3/8" drill-driver works as well as when new...even better with the 2.4 Amp battery. Originals died because I let run on flashlight until dead thinking I was ´exersising´ it for longevity...but learning too late that method will ruin the battery. I have used occasionaly for 11 years, and hated to part with excellently performing drill and good flashlight. I purchase this battery as a last resort; charges on the original charger and seems to last 4x longer than the original battery (1.8 Ah). Pricey but worth it!¤

But they both stopped holding a charge after less than two years. When they´re new the drill works great.¤
